Job Description Assistant Manager - Dealer Management
Purpose: The purpose of the position is to coordinate / liason with institutions and companys distributors in respect of payments and other related matters and to ensure the compans dues from the agencies are cleared timely.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Coordination / Liasioning with institute & Dealer in respect of realization of outstanding payments due to the company.
2. To visit institutions / Dealing regarding overdue payments and other related matters & sort out their problems / difficulties if required.
3. Co-ordination with Accounts & Logistics regarding Dealer related matters.
4. Verification of the Authenticity of Orders.
5. To look after all sales tax forms as required as per the rules and ensure compliance of the same.
6. Giving regular feedback through weekly reports to the reporting manager.
7. Experience to handle dealers/vendors, knowledge of Statutory Act.
8. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.
The responsibilities may be reviewed / added as per company requirements from time to time.
