Job Description

Purpose of Position AM HR: To perform the assigned Job Responsibilities of Human Resource Department (Talent Acquisition) as per the established Company Standards:
Job Responsibility:
  1. Responsible for entire talent acquisition activity
  2. To identify TNI of employees within the organization and to coordinate closure of the same
  3. To implement employee engagement activity within the company
  4. Attending to employee grievances
  5. Any other task assigned by the reporting Manager

Required Candidate profile

  1. The Job responsibilities may be revised as per company requirements as and when required.
  2. Computer knowledge, MS-Office, Communication, Team Handling & Problem Solving Skills.
  3. Process Knowledge of recruitment, Training & Development.
  4. Experience of working in Medical Device / Pharma Industries in Corporate HR will be an added advantage.
