Roles and responsibilitiesThe purpose of the position of Junior Product Support Manager is to handle customer complaints and training of field staff.
1. To train field staff.
2. To handle complain and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. To conduct demo at customer end.
4. To conduct TIP/TIS.
5. Any other task assigned by the reporting manager / seniors.
Special Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, Analytical & customer convincing skills
Product/ technical knowledge: Basics of Immunology.
Qualification: M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Biochemistry)
