JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF Management Trainee-Admin


Reporting Manager: Senior Executive - Front office cum Admin

Purpose of the Position:- To perform HR-Admin activities as per company laid down policies and procedures.

Job responsibilities

1. To monitor pest control activities.
2. To monitor security management.
3. To monitor utilization & maintenance of all company vehicles.
4. To monitor housekeeping activities of factory premises
5. To monitor front office activities.
6. To ensure compliance of first aid SOP.
7. To ensure timely payment of all company landline and mobile bills.
8. To ensure compliance of disposal of biohazard waste as per SOP.
9. Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.

The responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.


Required Skill:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Should have good inter-personal skills.
3. Excellent in MS office.
4. Attention to details.
5. Supervisory skills


Education Qualification: MBA - HR
Preference :
1. Person should live within 40 minutes of distance from the office.
2. Excellent follow through.
3. Since this is a desk-job (administrative) position, married lady, staying 45 minutes from our location will be preferred.
4. There should be no gap in education.
5. Candidates appearing / Qualifying in year 2019 are eligible for the position.
