JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Management Trainee (Talent Acquisition)

Headquarter: - New Delhi
Reporting Manager Managing Director
Purpose of the position: To perform the assigned Job Responsibilities of Human Resource Department (Talent Acquisition) as per the established Company Standards.

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for talent acquisition activities.
2. To do screening of CVs received on web portals.
3. To call candidates for HR details.
4. To upload open positions as per approved man power requisition form.
5. To upload open positions as per approved man power requisition form on web portals.
6. To implement employee engagement activity within the company.
7. Attending to Employee Grievances.
8. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.
The job responsibilities may be revised as per company requirements as and when required.



Skills Required:
1. Working knowledge of MS-Office
2. Proficiency in communication skills (Both oral & written)
3. Excellent follow through skills.
4. Should be from premier Institute.
