Position Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

Purpose of the position: The position is required to co-ordinate with our channel partners for performing a number of operational and administrative tasks. The position is required to track all open tasks and ensure closure or compliance of the same.

1. Enter the orders in ERP that are received from the sales team.
2. Request addition of new customers / product into the system, if data is not available.
3. Enter daily sales volume by channel partner & sales team.
4. Provide accounts payables details as & when required.
5. Followup with sales team & channel partner for payment collection
6. Escalate any complaints.
7. Any other work assigned by your Reporting Manager.

Experience - 6 Years + experience

Skills Required:

1. Working knowledge of MS-Office
2. Proficiency in communication skills (Both oral & written)
3. Excellent follow through skills.
4. Since this is a desk-job (administrative) position, married lady, staying within 45 minutes from our location will be preferred.
Salary Expectations : Rs. 20,000/- to Rs35,000/-
