CRM Executive

Headquarter: - New Delhi


Purpose of the Position: – The purpose of the position is to coordinate with our channel partners for performing a number of operational and administrative tasks.

The position is required to track all open tasks and ensure closure or compliance of the same.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Enter the orders in ERP that are received from the sales team.

2. Request addition of new customers / product information into the CRM system, if data isn’t available.

3. Enter daily sale volume by channel partner & sales team.

4. Provide account payables details as & when required.

5. Follow up with sales team & channel partner for payment collection.

6. Escalate any complaints.

7. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager


The responsibilities may be reviewed / added as per company requirements from time to time.
