Customer Relationship Management Associate
Head quarter: New Delhi
Purpose of the position: To coordinate with channel partners and all stakeholders for performing a number of operational and administrative tasks. To close any open issues in time bound manner.
- 1. Monitoring the Kapture CRM.
- 2. Make feedback call dealers / SD on monthly basis.
- 3. Make calls to verify the POBs.
- 4. Handling the social media / domestic enquiries.
- 5. Follow up with sales team on open issues status.
- 6. Escalate any complaints.
- 7. Daily / weekly / monthly report of open task.
- 8. Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.
The responsibilities may be reviewed / added as per company requirements from time to time.
