Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Manager (KOL)

Purpose of Position: The purpose of the position is engage with the customer and convince them to use our range of proudcts as and when required. The position requires to design the brand strategy for various products which the organization will launch from time to time. At times you will be required to interact with customer and close technical related issues of the product. The position also requires to co-ordinate with field staff, distributors and customers to ensure that work is done.

Job Responsibility:

1. To design the brand strategy for our products as and when required.

2. To engage with KOL’s & customers and make them aware of our products.

3. Training to field staff/customers on our product range.

4. Handle customer complaints and close them within stipulated time.

5. Preparation of hand-outs/product promotional material.

6. Documentation related to work performed.
